I was having trouble getting it to play in the embedded RealPlayer
viewer so viewed it in the standalone player from
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/legends/videos/lost_high.rpm
You can download the RealPlayer file direct from 
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/legends/videos/lost_high.rm

I would guess you could replace the extension with .mov for the
quicktime version, and ??? for the Windows media version. lost_high.rm
was around 2.5Mb from memory.
