There are some Java clients out there... maybe that would work?

It would be really nice to have an ssh command simply to replace
the RUNRMTCMD command, since it's so much more secure, and you wouldn't
have to hard-code passwords in applications.

Or... maybe the AIX ssh client would run in PASE?
