Is anyone using a package called MESIS+ -- MIDRANGE-L

Folks,
 
I'm looking for anyone who is using an equipment maintenance package
called "MESIS+". It was released on the AS/400 in 1989 or 1990. 
 
I know that the maintenance department for the city of Tampa was using
it at the time, but I don't know if they're still on the AS/400 version
-- it was ported to AIX back in the late 90's.
 
If you have any information about this package, please contact me
