I don't remember ever trying CLOF on a file opened with
RCVF, but the suggestion to insert another CL in the call
stack with SHARE(*OPEN) will work with no change to the
code, unless you need to re-point the file in the RPG.

But I like Rob Bernendt's suggestion best, to just process
the file in the RPG program, where you can OPEN and CLOSE
files "at will" all you want, and in RPG-IV, you can go over
50 files in one program <great big Cheshire grin>.

I did one CL program once where I read the file in CL, even
set up a pointer for it and all, but anymore, I even try to
put CL type functions into the RPG, where there's lots more
special-processing flexibility.
