File Utility

We use internally a very old file utility that people have grown to love
over the years but with the changes in files sizes and operating systems it
no longer functions 100%.  Does anyone remember the old system 38 utility
created by Technical Systems Unlimited called "DSPF" and would anyone have
the source to this program or know of where to get the source to this old
utility.  It does have some features that are very nice and not found in
the more modern tools on the market. I know this tool was sold a long time
ago but I cannot remember to who so I can not even begin a search on who to
contact to even see if the source is around on some old tape.  If anyone
remembers this tool or has a clue where to look that would be great.
