What are you using for your Personnel systems on an iSeries? We are looking
for something new that will replace our existing in-house grown system. We
want it to have a time keeping systems with support for multiple time
collection types and locations. A payroll module would also be nice. Some
of the features that have been mentioned are tracking of vacation/sick
accruals and usage; Multi-level management access of employee information,
time records, salary history; The ability to document employees in a free
format note style, this should only allow the author to edit the message on
the day the entered it or within a controlled time frame. All comments
should be permanent!; Sensitive data such as SSN#, Salary history and
comments should be encrypted. I would also like the ability to create
iSeries user profiles, directory entries with standard SMTP entries, and
have support for exit points so we can add functionality as necessary. It
would also be nice to be able to add, when necessary, a NT/2000 domain
account. All profile stuff should be based on group profiles selected by
department/titles.

Any suggestions? Vendors are welcome to contact me off line.
