RE: internet PTF service

This appears to be the case as the requirement is NOT that the "AS400 needs to 
be available on the internet but that the PC (as noted below) needs to have an 
IP connection to the AS400 while you are doing the iPTF download.  It is 
apparently used as a "repeater".
