Query printing

 All at once Query printing has stopped working like it has been.  V4R5,
unchanged, no PTFs nothing changed that we know of.  

Now reports will no longer print their full  width.  It gives us a forms
width error with choices toG=go, no promises as to results, h=hold,
t=truncate, etc.

any idea what we've changed unknowingly?
