They're doing just that at a company I came from.  They've been stuffing 8 or 
10 ($250/hr) consultants at a time in full day meetings for the better part of 
a year now and it's just the "blue print phase".  Last I heard, since they were 
having trouble getting three of the SAP modules tied in with the existing 
system, the consultants convinced them to just do the whole system at once!

        When they can the project, fire the project leader, they'll probably 
give you a call back.....<lol>
