I did find a few files that had no public read access, (even though the user ID I logged on with should have had access). However, even after removing those I still have the problem with this one workstation. Is there any way of determining WHY the access is denied? I see nothing in DSPLOG, or in the joblogs for the QZLSFILE jobs or in the QSYSOPR message queue, so I'm at a loss as to where to try to find the problems. Joe
