MailMarshall intercepts/verifies both outgoing and incoming messages, and if
MailMarshal does stop a message, then a notification message is sent from
MailMarshal to both the sender and receiver that the message was
intercepted/halted.  I have not received any notice from MailMarshal about
halting incoming messages from the Midrange list, so I thought maybe the
list server was down.  Sounds to me, though, that it's on my end, so I'll
keep looking...thanks.
