EXACTLY - FUD ! And bucks. I'm no big fan of litigation, but a judge with a
"tech brain" really needs to take a look at this and say "HANG ON A
MINUTE...".

It's a way for Microsoft to support SCO for its legal attack against IBM and
linux.  Microsoft gets to put doubt (fear of litigation) into the minds of
CIOs (or any other O's for that matter) that makes linux more difficult to
bring into the data center.
