Yes friends IBM has once again provided an internal 8 MM tape drive with up to 160 GB capacity at 12 MB/sec throughput. It uses the AME type of tapes including the 170M ones you may have around from the 20/40G Mammoth drives, and it's reasonably priced at $2,600. Of course we need a little rain on our 8 MM party: It's not compatible with any previous 8 MM format on iSeries. My .02! - Larry
