Hey All I just received this via IM ---------------------------------------- Folks Don't know whether you've heard or not. This is from one of our internal EMails. Our colleague, Dean Asmussen, who had been working with us as a consultant for close to two years, passed away this morning. Some of you will not have known Dean, others will remember him, as I do, as a very kind, caring and "willing to do whatever it took" person. He helped us tremendously with our AS/400 setup and administration, as well as being a phenomenal BPCS developer and invaluable source of knowledge. I'm sure you join me in thinking of his family at this time. --------------------------------------------- I worked with Dean for almost a year while working on Version "hell point hell" of BPCS. in the early 1990's. During that horrible project he was professional, sharp, and packed an indominable sense of humour that kept us all going when we were all working well past our bedtimes one one too many nights. I'd kept in touch with him over the years since, and none of those qualities ever faded. I will miss Dean. Thanks everybody. -Doc __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
