The ZC audit records are documented in Appendix F of the Security Reference
manual. A table at the end of that Appendix describes the Access Type used
in the ZC and ZR audit records. For example, access type 1 is Add, 10 is
Clear, 30 is Open, etc.

You may have to use DSPJRN for the QAUDJRN to display the Access Type field
of these audit records.
