The Lexmark probably does not speak PCL. The control characters will be printed in the clear, unless the JetDirect can translate PCL to the probably Epson or IBM compatibility of the LexMark. What WSCST are you using for the LexMark device or remote outq? The JetDirect probably only passes data through it - no conversion. If it CAN convert, great, otherwise, set you manufacturer/model as needed on the 400.
