I set the NetServer code page to 1252 (was 0) and just IPL'd the system.
Unfortunately, I still get the same result,  no ascii translation by the
compiler.  I'm beginning to believe  you can't compile source from a network
share.  Oh well, I'll just transfer the project files to the local IFS as
needed.
