Vern  there is or was  an IBM center in Waltham Mass (outskirts of Boston) 
too. Anyway there is a  firm with offices in the UK  that has a product or 
two that will help provide a solution.
The file  has to be properly reorged in the least disruptive fashion on a 
regular basis.

I can think of another solution but the cost would be higher I believe.

PS:  One of those Teraplex or Benchmark centers on the continent was or is 
rumored to be on the  hit list  for poof.
