To tell the truth I have no idea but I assume the list is compiled
automatically and I doubt if the software used is that sophisticated.  I can
access the make-a-shorter link url for the hoosier lottery (not that it's
much use to me) but then I can access that site without going through
make-a-shorter link.

My guess is that once the make-a-shorter link url was swapped for the real
one in the address bar, it would pick it up as a blocked site anyway.
