Careful. IANAL[1], but read section 2.2 of the Adobe license carefully. You are permitted to use the software from a remote computer "provided the total number of users that access or Use the Software...does not exceed the Permitted Number." And also, "No other network use is permitted...by any user not licensed to use this copy of the Software..."
So, before you have a server sitting somewhere spinning up PDFs using the $249 copy of Acrobat I'd have your legal department look at this license agreement.
