Hi does anyone have any clues on how to fix a problem when we are trying to STRPASTHR ? The error is (copied from the joblog of the pgm): 24600 - STRPASTHR RMTLOCNAME(CUST) VRTCTL(SYNAPSEVWS) MODE(BLANK) Pass-through failed for security reasons. The help text for the above message (CPF8936) implies that the reason it is failing is because we are supplying a user & password which is not the case. We are on 5.1 and the customer is on 5.2 Everything had worked ok after an upgarde from 5.1 -> 5.2 but then they had an IBM engineer do some minor changes including setting up Service Director and ever since then, we have had problems... We use our own line/controller/device and this I don't believe has changed. Our ops people are unable to sort the problem & suggest that we change the cl program each time ! I'm hoping someone has come across this before and has som ideas ! TIA Mike ########################################### This message has been scanned by F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange.
