In the ClientAccess folder there is a subfolder called Mri2924, that has helpfiles ( *.hlp ). These files contain the explanations for the error messages in Client Access ( or iSeries Access ). In this particular case CWBCOER.HLP is the file that you are looking for. The error is actually CWBCO ( not 0 ) 1004.
