CPD90B1?

Hi all,

One of our clients is on V4R4 and uses As/400 Office Vision for mailing.
Recently an error message - CPD90B1 - Distribution limit of 9999 reached. I
went through the Midrange archives and got only one thread -

The solution offered was -
This is a bug IBM introduced in MSF. Use CHGDSTA command and specify "Use
MSF for local" to *NO.
But when I prompted the CHGDSTA command, I found the parameter already set
to *NO. 

Some more details on the same:

1. I noticed this symptom only for one particular user ID, REC2.
2. The user id on the CHGDSTA command is also set to REC2.

Could anybody throw some light on this problem?
