I think that last used is the last time the line was varied on.  However, 
if the line has been varied on for months, and used constantly, it won't 
changed.  I just did a WRKOBJ on our LAN line and that matches with our 
last IPL.  That line is used constantly.  QTIPASLIN seems to match with 
the last STRRMTSPT.  Around here, that was earlier in the week.

I have a lot of communications line descriptions I don't believe are in 
use.
How can I tell the last time these line descriptions have been used? 
Looking
at the last used date on the object description did not seem reliable to 
me.
