RE: 5250 / CAE display file vertical cursor movement

This is done using the DDS keyword FLDCSRPRG.

Quoting from the SDA help
  "Use this field-level keyword to define a cursor progression field.  The
cursor moves to the field, specified as a parameter to this keyword, when
the field on which the keyword is specified, is exited."
