I've got a display file. Its record, a normal one, has a number of fields, each corresponding to a data field for a given month.
There are a total of 18 such fields (for 18 months) .
For some reasons I have to display these 18 fields as 1 and a half column. I mean, 12 consecutive months in a column, the next 6 in a different coulmn, aside the first one:
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx
..............
The problem is, after entering data in any of these fields, cursor will move horizontally to the right, then down to left next line, again to the right, etc.
I'd like to have cursor move (or TAB, if that's the case...) vertically through first column, then up to top of second column, then downwards 2nd column...
I know that for right-to-left languages like arab, there is a CHECK(RL) or (RLTB) keyword, but this is not my case...
Have also thought of using a "horizontal" subfile (keyword SFLLIN), but this will not help either.

I'd like something similar to RLTB (above) but just for the TopToBottom part of it...

Does anybody know of any way to manage cursor moving top-to-bottom between fields in a display file?
Of course, we're using CAE V4R5.
