MKS Implementer with MIMIX

Are any of you out there currently running MIMX and Implementer? If so, can
you share some of the change management policy changes you have had to
incorporate to work with MIMIX? We are a long time IM shop, just
implementing MIMIX and coming up with questions on making the two work
together. For example, on the surface it appears that I will not be able to
take advantage of the DB optimaztions in the newer releases of Implementer
due to a possible lack of support in MIMIX for the CHGPF / ALTER TABLE.
Anyone with stories you can share and advice on co-existance?
