Well, if
ENDTCPSVR *FTP
STRTCPSVR *FTP
doesn't beat it into submission, then I'd recommend WRKREGINF and looking 
at the ftp exit points.  There are some cool things you can do with those. 
 Like set up a different namefmt on user, etc.
