My command looks something like the following:

jar cfM '/qNTc/Server01/Dept/tst/RLS 1.2.3/WinAS400/Arcvs
(Zips)/testjar.zip' -C '/qNTc/Server01/Dept/tst/RLS 1.2.3/WinAS400/Current
Objects' object1.dll object2.dll object1.pnl object2.pnl

Can you do a cd /qNTc/Server01/Dept/tst/RLS 1.2.3/WinAS400/Arcvs(Zips)/testjar.zip and
cd /qNTc/Server01/Dept/tst/RLS 1.2.3/WinAS400/Current Objects ? That may shed some light on the situation. If either fails, try enclosing in apostrophes or quotes (they have slightly different meanings in QSH, but I can't see where it would matter here (no "$"s). As a last resort try enclosing quotes within apostrophes and quotes within escaped apostrophes ('\" and \"'). I've had reports of troubles with paths containing blanks and other special characters (like underscore). I'm not sure if the problem is between chair and keyboard, or if it's QNTC.
