RCLSTG from a CL Program

Is it possible to write a CL that would look something like this:

PGM

RCLSTG
STSBS QCTL

ENDPGM


And then call that program from the Console and go home?  That way the 
system would start back up when RCLSTG finished?

We are doing an OS/400 upgrade next weekend and I am trying to come up 
with some ideas to help out the guy that has to do it.  We have no idea 
how long this command will run and some of the messages on the list today 
convinced us we should run this first as a safety measure.
