Mike (and anybody else who cares) -

here is what I do when I don't know _what_ command to use (here is an
example for your question):

1)  Type WRKOUTQ*, and press <Enter>.  This will show you all commands that
begin with WRKOUTQ.

2)   If I don't find what I'm looking for, I would type GO CMDOUTQ, and
browse the list of OUTQ commands.

3)   If I still don't find what I'm looking for, I would type GO CMDWRK, and
browse the list of WRK commands.

4)   Finally, I would type a ? on the command line or press F4, and go to
the major command groups menu and just browse thru the menus until I find
what I'm looking for...

You can usually find the command that you need by following this general
approach (XXXX is the subject portion of the command):

WRKXXXX*
GO CMDXXXX
GO CMDWRK
GO CMDDSP
? or F4
