Hi

Just in case that you have forgot about DST - Daylight saving time (In Europe:
Summer time): Your AS/400 should probably have changed it's system values for
QTIME and QUTCOFFSET the upcoming weekend (US: on Apr 6).

A simple way to do this is (already now) to execute the following commands

SBMJOB CMD(CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QHOUR) VALUE(03))
  JOB(CHGSYSVAL1) JOBQ(QCTL)
  SCDDATE(*SUN) SCDTIME(020000)

and

SBMJOB CMD(CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QUTCOFFSET) VALUE('+0200'))
  JOB(CHGSYSVAL2) JOBQ(QCTL)
  SCDDATE(*SUN) SCDTIME(020000)

Of cause the values in theese commands might differ from above depending on
your location and environment. Above values applies for most of Europe.
In Finland and Baltic countries the SCDTIME should be 030000 and QHOUR and
QUTCOFFSET 04 and '+0300'
UK and Portugal: 010000, 02 and '+0100'

In USA this you have another week to do this, so you can use Apr 6 as SCDDATE
(in correct format for your system). The SCDTIME is always 020000 but the
QUTCOFFSET varies from '-0300' to '-0800'

If you are unsure the values appropriate for your system, then have a look at
