The quickest and cheapest is an immersion process David, like a regional 2 or 3 day conference. They are affordable, teach a lot quickly, and foster a nice attitude adjustment (the key to learning in any field). The conference coming up in a few weeks in Framingham, Massachusetts is a great example. The hotel is wall-towall iSeries bigots, and the entire conference including fees, meals, and the room is well under $800. Put he whole crew in a company van and head to Framingham! http://www.neibmconf.com A company won't get more bang-for-the buck than these regional conferences.
