~~~Can anyone provide me with an appropriate Web link that will
~~~allow me to
~~~read up on this? I once had a working knowledge of AS/400
~~~SNA host comms,
~~~although I haven't thought about it for years and years, and
~~~I have a good
~~~knowledge of Anynet, APPC, APPN etc. on the AS/400. All help
Mandy,
I understood your message to mean, "RJE and changes we will need to make if
we remove SNA from the enterprise?"
You might be able to find an answer in the link.
CA's xcom is one I used awhile back for similar, it does look like this is
their forte. I doubt it will punch cards exactly like RJE without some other
tricks to get the data in the right locations. It might be a viable
enterprise solution w/value add since comprehensive, or at least a good step
forward on your search.
