We have 2 Infoprint 21s. In general, they're fine. But when one does have a problem, it's _always_ the next day before IBM gets here. And then they usually have to order some part which then takes another day. Complaining about response time is like talking to a brick wall. So in the future we'll go back to HP.


And the IBM guy that comes in is such a pleasant fellow . . .
