That's the default value for the library list on the submit job command.
It sounds like someone had probably changed the default on your old system
to make the job description library list the default.

We have the same problem and have to change the default every time we do an
OS upgrade.

Hello everyone,

We have just migrated over to a 270 I-series running V5R1 from
a 170
running V4R5. When an end user selects an option from a menu and submits a
job off to QBATCH, the SBMJOB command ignores the Library List from the job
description used in the JOBD parm. Instead it uses the current library
list
off the interactive session. We have never had a problem with SBMJOB off
our old box running these jobs. Has anyone had a similar problem. Is
there
a PTF out there to fix this. Or should i be looking elsewhere to solve the
problem. I am starting to rolling thru the PSP for V5R1 but would
appreciate any help that might save me some time. Thanks in advance.
