It is part of iSeries  Navigator.  Under the Databases item. If you right
click on it you'll see Run SQL Scripts. I have created a shortcut to just
that application. On iSeries Access V5R2 the executable is "C:\Program
Files\IBM\Client Access\Shared\cwbundbs.exe"
