The real question is: When upgrading from V4R3 to V4R5 on a Model 170 what is the correct procedure for performing and IPL D operation such that the CDROM drive is used for the IPL and not the tape drive? The tape drive and the CDROM both exist on Bus 1 so there is no opportunity to designate the CDROM as an alternate IPl device within DST.
