RE: V4R3 to V4R5 alternate IPL device

what  you  define  is the IOP for Alt IPL and if  both are placed under 
the  same IOP then ....... might happen.
Having  both  under the same IOP is a  good thing  as then either  might be 
the ALT IPL device, if you need it to be at  some  time.

Using   DST and  WRKHDWRSC will  print a list and show with a special 
character  what is ALT IPL . ( legend has what character it is.
