Jim: Using a V4R4 managing system, I had no problem creating an outq on a V5R2 system. V5R1 isn't quite as easy (though it still "works"). In short, try playing with RMB on the connection and selecting <Run command...>. Even if there's no explicit option in OpsNav, you can still run commands if you've configured for it.
