FTP from 400 to NT -- MIDRANGE-L

Just having a brain fart.  When I FTP to a NT server I want to change the
physcial drive that is set a my home dir.

I want to do this;

ftp> cd d:\  <====== This is invalid but is what I want to do.
ftp> get pcfile.txt library/file

I have tried get d:\pcfile.txt library/file

Am I allowed to do this???
