What do I need if I want to use an "Options" modem? -- MIDRANGE-L

Customer bought a new 9406, v5r2.  They want to use their "Options by IBM" 
modem that they've been using on their old v4r5 system.  What comm card do 
they need in order to use the modem on their new system?
