transferring, removing, disposing an IBM 5225-4 printer

Hi Mid-range, 

Anybody have recommendations for an IBM 5225-4 printer sitting on Long Island, 
not being
used (company changed ownership and systems), with some extra stuff (actuator, 
ribbons, whatever)
good working condition.

Either anybody who would want it, or the recommended methods of disposal ?
It is on third floor flight up, I could check how it got up on the elevator or 
whatever :-)
