This is what works for me ...

I end the Host database server,
I end the Q .. jobs foe wich I make the Registration/Exit point changes,
then .. I restart the Host dabase server and the necessary presatrt jobs
in subsystems QSERVER and QUSRWRK.

I works fine for me
