It's currently not printing one. Users desperately want one, but want 8x11 plain paper. We have very expensive forms in drawers 2,3,4,5. One print job may produce any combination of those drawers, in large or small qty, to be run then through a glue/folding machine. They want the separators to be able to quickly divide the diff forms which are different but similar. If this is not possible, I will add 4 new print files, each for drawer 1 to the RPG, each printing a single page, and force the order by changing outq sequence to *jobnbr (i hope that works). jim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carel Teijgeler" <coteijgeler@xxxxxxxxx> To: <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 26, 2003 5:14 PM Subject: Re: print separator from diff drawer > Jim, > > Does the seperator page to be printed at all? you can change the OUTQ to not print a seperator page, IIRC. > > Regards, > Carel Teijgeler > > *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** > > On 26-2-03 at 13:40 Jim Franz wrote: > > >Is there a way to print a separator from drawer 1 for a spool for a > >different drawer? > >This is *lan printer, Lexmark Optra with ipds card. v4r5. > >(Owner complaining about wasting his 5cents a copy special forms) > >tia > >jim > > > >_______________________________________________ > >This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list > >To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx > >To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, > >visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l > >or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx > >Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives > >at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l. > > > > > _______________________________________________ > This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list > To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx > To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, > visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l > or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx > Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives > at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l. > >
