Share ware Online Registration for a Conference

Help !

I remember a site, I think it was IBM.it that had code available for
download that ran an online site for conference attendees registration. 

My company is the primary sponsor of a conference this fall, and I don't
want to have to re-invent the wheel. The age of the code doesn't matter,
because if we host it on a AS/400 we will be using a 150 with V4R4.
