Hmmm.  I don't see this behavior, Chester.  I do the following:

1. Type SBMJOB on the command line, hit F4
2. Fill in the command "DSPLIB PLUTA", press ENTER
3. Look in joblog (DSPJOBLOG)

I see the following:

3 > SBMJOB CMD(DSPLIB LIB(PLUTA))

Not only did it fill in the command, but it expanded the keyword from my
embedded DSPLIB command.
