Not sure i know just what you're refering to... Do you just need the guide
or the hardware too?  or am i thinking of something else?

If you can't find what you need elsewhere, i can give you the name and
number of a services company I used to work for who's done a ton of
migrations and probably still has whatever you're looking for.  though,
he'll probably want to charge you (or sell you services ;)
