Just a thought.....has anyone or does anyone plan on bringing up the documentation & search engine concerns at COMMON? COMMON is an excellent place to bring user requirements directly to IBM. COMMON has many times in the past held sessions or BOFs IBM documentation. COMMON offers great opportunity to send a united group message to IBM.

Gail Crane
Johanson Manufacturing Corp.
phone 973-334-2676
gcrane@johansonmfg.com

Vern Hamberg <vhamberg@centerfieldtechnology.com>
Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@midrange.com
02/07/2003 09:43 PM CST
Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion

To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@midrange.com>
cc:
bcc:
Subject: Re: Improved Search improved

Just curious, what did you use?

I think that the way IBM has gone away from easy-to-get-at manuals, with
search facilities over just those manuals, is unfortunate.
