I haven't tried this, but from what the help message says, it looks like you need to have the file in the root of your IFS. I didn't see any indication that the parameter changes the root of your TFTP server. Just allows access to that directory. I don't think I worded that well. I mean if the device requests '/ET2000/ETFLASH.UPD' then you need /ET2000/ETFLASH.UPD to exist on your system.
